Our Gargoyle Geckos are raised on Repashy Crested Gecko Diet and Pangea as their primary food source. They're also offered appropriately-sized insects (crickets, dubia roaches) as supplemental protein. We feed our geckos every other day and ensure fresh water is always available.
Gargoyle Geckos thrive at room temperature (68-78°F / 20-26°C) with no special heating required in most homes. Humidity should be maintained at 50-70%, achieved through daily misting and a moisture-retaining substrate. They don't require UVB lighting but benefit from a natural day/night cycle.
Yes! Gargoyle Geckos are excellent beginner reptiles. They have simple care requirements, tolerate handling well once acclimated, and have long lifespans (15-20 years). Their room-temperature requirements mean no complex heating setups. We provide a comprehensive care guide with every purchase.
The "Bacon Line" is our signature Gargoyle Gecko breeding project focusing on high-contrast red and orange striping. Named for the resemblance to crispy bacon, these geckos feature bold, saturated colors with strong structural patterns. We've been selectively breeding this line for several generations to consistently produce exceptional offspring.
We occasionally have proven or compatible pairs available. Contact us with your breeding goals and we can help match animals that complement each other genetically. We're happy to share lineage information to help you make informed breeding decisions.
Our breeding season typically runs from spring through fall. Hatchlings are usually available from late spring through early winter. Follow us on Instagram for updates on clutches and expected hatch dates. You can also join our email list to be notified when new animals become available.
